is a two stage process that involves plating, then subsequently coating the magnet. This leads to a durable finish that exhibits outstanding properties in the areas of:
a) Corrosion Resistance (high corrosion environments) b) Abrasion Resistance (medium abrasion) c) Chemical Resistance d) Versatility
is applied to all surfaces of the product. Masking is not offered. The magnet may NOT be used with mechanical or chemical etching. The application of the epoxy coating is primarily done to seal the magnets from high humidity environments, while the metallic coating provides the strongest barrier to surface corrosion.
