Standard parts offered by MCE are offered for mainly research applications. They are generally not meant to be used for production applications, especially those that are required to be high reliability, such as aerospace, defense, and medical applications.
MCE offers these parts as a service for customers to have the ability to quickly try an application.
The only certification offered on these parts is a standard Certificate of Compliance. Certification for compliance to DFARS, Mercury Free, RoHS Compliance, First Articles and such are not offered. If such certification is required, parts must be purchased by custom manufacturing.
